Join us for an evening of food, fun, and fundraising with our SPIRAL and PGP families! We are striving to raise $40,000 to purchase the materials and train our SPIRAL teachers to lead the Hovercraft Project in 2027. We also would like to create a Beaverbot Lab to allow SPIRAL students to safely cut cardboard and other materials for the creative designs that they develop in many of the SPIRAL classes!

We will have food available for purchase (cash or tap to pay). Food options are:

Pizza Meal Deal:

slice of cheese pizza, chips, and bottle of water = $5 (purchase the day-of)

Saigon Hustle Options:

Banh Mi Sandwiches, chicken strips, fun (non-alcoholic) beverages (purchase the day-of)

PARTY AND RAFFLE

-- Back to School Skate Party --

We will have a fun party at Dairy Ashford Roller Rink on 8/10/26 from 6:45 – 8:45. This party is open to all PGP and SPIRAL students and their siblings. You will need to purchase tickets for each child attending. Tickets are $40.

-- STEAM Raffle Basket --

Tickets are $10 each. The basket is full of STEAM items picked by the SPIRAL teachers and valued at over $500! The drawing for the raffle will occur on March 26 at 7:30. You do not need to be present to win!

AUCTIONS

-- Pick your first SPIRAL Class and set your SPIRAL Rotation --

This is the only chance for SPIRAL families to choose their SPIRAL Rotation which is the 6 classes that you will complete at SPIRAL. If you really want to make sure you get a certain class, this is how you do it! This is only available to incoming 3rd graders or students who are new to SPIRAL and must be used for the 2026/2027 School Year. This auction item will have a minimum bid amount of $3,000 and a Buy it Now option of $6,000. There are 5 spots available. The auction will open on March 19th. The auction closes 3/26/26 at 7:30PM.

Pick Your First Class in the Rotation - Auction

-- Leap forward one class in your current SPIRAL Rotation --

Current SPIRAL students can choose to leap forward one class in their current SPIRAL Rotation. This is only available to incoming 4th and 5th graders and must be used for the 2026/2027 School Year. If you win this auction item, you can choose to leap forward for the fall or spring semester. This auction item will have a minimum bid amount of $1,000 and a Buy It Now option of $4,000. There are 5 spots available. The auction will open on March 19th. The auction closes 3/26/26 at 7:30PM.

-- Hovercraft Sponsorship: $1000 --

We will have 32 spots available for sponsors of the 16 hovercrafts. Sponsorship includes a sticker (minimum size will be 6 in x 6 in) that will be placed on the hovercraft. This sticker can be a business name, family name, or child’s name (i.e., Freddy’s Fast Hovercraft). If you would like to be the sole sponsor of a hovercraft, you can purchase 2 spots.
